The full price, no surprises

A rate is compared by what it includes. RentaCentro's carries preventive and corrective maintenance; fuel, delivery and pickup freight, the operator (unless the rate says it's included) and damage beyond normal wear are billed separately. And the daily rate covers 8 machine hours — beyond that is overtime measured by hour meter.

Pricing questions

Do prices include VAT?
It depends on the offer — each rate says so next to the amount. El Salvador rates are plus VAT, like any rental invoice; Guatemala's current rates already include it, because the printed offer says so.
How many hours does the daily rate cover?
8 machine hours per day. Anything beyond that is billed as overtime, measured by hour meter.
What's billed on top of the rate?
Fuel, delivery and pickup freight, the operator (except on rates that already include it) and damage beyond normal wear. Preventive and corrective maintenance IS part of the rate.
Why don't all machines have a published price?
Because we only publish rates that have already appeared in a printed RentaCentro offer, with their validity. Everything else is quoted with your project's details — machine, term, location and whether it's operated — and you usually get the proposal the same business day.
